We were up early this morning - taking down the dinghy, 1 kayak & putting lines & fenders out. We were rafted to the Kippers (John & Lois) by 9:00. Guys were gone fishing already but their toys had been rearranged so we were able to raft without even setting out our anchor.
Took my first kayak ride today with friend John who gave us a great tip for getting in & out of the kayaks - just use the boat ladder to get in & out...brilliant & sooo easy! Lois just got a Hobie Sport like ours so will be out with her in the a.m.
Tonight we had a wonderful codfish dinner - caught by John & Harvey (from the other boat we are rafted with). Tomorrow Rod is going fishing with them. They caught 3 salmon today which they are smoking. The weather was perfect again today.
